Three habits, on every project
Deterministic first
We reach for a model only where a plain algorithm cannot do the job. It keeps systems cheap to run and easy to explain.
A person in the loop
Anything that spends money or changes data gets reviewed before it lands. Our own tools are built that way, and so is the work we do for clients.
Small and direct
Two people, no account managers. You talk to the engineers who build the thing, and the proposal you get is the plan we follow.
